Our Policies

General Policies: 

  • For enquiries to make bookings, kindly fill in all the details as requested by us and we will get back to you shortly.

  • All children below 5 years of age stay free at the property.

  • All children above 5 years of age are charged as adults and require an extra bed.

  • Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in a room barring the instance wherein the children are below 5 years of age.

  • Extra bed charges which include breakfast and taxes are Rs. 1500/- per night.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Any cancellation made before 14 days to the day of arrival is fully refundable. 

  • Any cancellation made between Day 14 to the day of arrival is partially refundable.

Reservation and payment 

  • We require a minimum of 50% deposit of the total amount of booking at the time of making the reservation. 

  • Thereafter you can either choose to make the payment in its entirety or pay at the property upon your arrival.

  • Our team will share a payment link/ QR code/ Banking Details with you. Once we receive the payment, you will be notified, and the reservation will be confirmed.

Airport Transfer and city tour booking: 

  • Sedan car – (2 pax) one way transfer – Rs. 1000/- 

  • SUV – (4-5 pax) one wat transfer – Rs. 1500/-
